Timmy "Turtle" Miller, 67, of Fairfield, formerly of Hord, died at 12:20pm Monday, April 25, 2016 at Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor in Mt. Vernon.
A celebration of life will be held at 10am Saturday, April 30 at J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville. Visitation will be from 6 to 8pm Friday. Interment will be in Orchard Hill Cemetery, Louisville. Memorials to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

He was born on Thursday, December 16, 1948 in Effingham, the son of Reynold W. Miller and Vivian M. (Stacey) Miller.
Survivors include his brother, Douglas "Toad" Miller of Effingham...sisters, Patricia (Gene) Peters of Arnold, Missouri and Pamela (Bert) Wooden of Mt. Vernon...and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Jimmy and Reynold L. Miller.
