Shirley Kincaid, 72 of Effingham, went to be with the Lord on Thursday morning, June 5, 2014, surrounded by her loving family at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Effingham.
Funeral Services will be at 11:30 a. m. on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the Red Brush Christian Church in Louisville with Pastor Jeff Michael officiating. Visitation is from 9:30 a. m. until service time on Saturday. Burial is in the Red Brush Cemetery. Services are in care of Hall Funeral Chapel in Effingham.

Shirley was born on June 12, 1941 in Louisville, IL, the daughter of Noll "Pete" and Gladys Marts Bailey. She was a cashier at Walmart in Effingham and a member of the Red Brush Christian Church in Louisville.
Survivors include, 3 children; Doug Sharp, Cheryl (Jim) Brian and Rusty Sharp all of Effingham, step-daughter; Sherri (Chuck) Bourseois of Effingham, grandchildren; Anthony Brian, Tyler Sharp, Justin Brian, Sean Bourseois, Mike Sharp, Cambria "Cammy" Sharp, great-granddaughter; Aliyah Corder, great-grandson; Damien Askew, 4 brothers; Bud Bailey and Dwayne (Sharon) Bailey of Louisville, Sam Baily of Flora and Don (Charlene) Bailey of Edgewood, 4 sisters; Lois (Glen) Lewis of Louisville, Ruth (Willis) Busby of Effingham, Mary Heiden of Tucson, Arizona, Marilyn (Jim) Hagrelius of Princeton, IL, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister-in-law; Velma Bailey, and granddaughter; Desiree.
