Dieterich Drama Club presents: "Typecast" which will be shown Friday, April 8- Saturday, April 9 at 7PM in the Dieterich Elementary Gym. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students and children 4 and under get in for free. There will be a free will donation at intermission.
"Typecast" takes place in a high school, focusing on the drama club. When their director gets appendicitis, the PE teacher is forced to take his place. As most can expect, it turns everything upside down. In Cinder White, everyone feels they have been misplaced, their personalities completely contradicting the parts they are given. While they're faced with this tremendous obstacle, one lingering question remains unanswered, can they each play their part and make the play a success? To quote the director, Mr. Thespis directly, "What are these poor kids supposed to do now? They're all stuck playing parts they're completely wrong for!"
