Helen Matthes Library invites you to join the former University of Illinois starting point guard, Stephen Bardo, Tuesday, September 9 at 7 p. m. as he shares memories from the famed 1989 men's college basketball season. He'll have copies of his new book, The Flyin' Illini, for sale, and he'll be happy to take pictures and sign autographs.

Mr. Bardo is a current college basketball analyst with the Big Ten Network and Fox 1 Sports. Besides being the starting point guard on the University of Illinois 1989 Flyin' Illini men's basketball team that reached the Final Four, Mr. Bardo has also played in the NBA and played basketball professionally overseas.
