The Cumberland County Soil and Water Conservation District is currently taking orders for its annual Spring Tree Sale. Evergreen trees available this year include White Pine, Norway Spruce, Colorado Blue Spruce and Douglas Fir. They are four year transplants and sold in bundles of 10. Also available this year will be a white pine seedling. These seedlings are being sold in bundles of 25. These evergreen trees are ideal for windbreak plantings or can be used as ornamentals. Orders for these trees will be taken through April 16. Order blanks may be obtained from the Cumberland County Soil and Water Conservation District Office which is located in the USDA Service Center in Toledo or by phoning 217-849-2201, ext. 3.
