Effingham Elks will host a Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday, February 22. The dinner will take place from 5:30-7:30pm and music by Firebox from 7-10pm. All proceeds go to children with special needs in Effingham County. The cost is $5 per person. Elks members and guest welcome.
