Shelby County HCE and Shelby County Pork Producers annual Pork Chop Dinner is Tuesday, July 16. All tickets are sold in advance from June 24 through July 11 at noon. Purchase tickets at all Shelby County state banks and U of I Extension office. A two chop dinner is $9 and a one chop dinner is $7. The HCE will run the Cook Shack starting with breakfast at 7 a.m. The pies are back by popular demand. |
