Do you ever experience loss of balance, unsteadiness, dizziness, or frequent falls? St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital's Physical Rehabilitation Department is holding a Balance Clinic on Monday, April 22. A physical therapist will provide a simple 15-20 minute balance screening and fall risk assesment free of charge.
Following the simple screening, the therapist will share results with each patient and provide recommendations based on screening results. The therapist will encourage patients to schedule an appointment with their physician to discuss results and any recommendations for blanace or vestibular evaluation and therapy. Patients will also recieve information on fall prevention and home safety.
