One Hope United will be having its second annual Blue Ribbon Dinner event in Effingham at the Elks Lodge Friday, April 5. This year will be a Murder Mystery, "Death By Chocolate". Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the show will begin at 6 p.m. Tickets are $25 each or a table of eight may be purchased for $180.  A meal and a number of chocolate desserts will be served and are included in the ticket price. There will be a raffle with a chance to win an iPad Mini and other prizes. There also will be live music by Friction and dancing.
