Rides Mass Transit District Effingham Saturday Trips will go Saturday, March 16 to Belleville Flea Market at Belle Clair Fairgrounds & Expo Center in Belleville. Seniors show your senior ID card and ride at no charge to you. If you are a senior and don't have an ID, contact Rides Office at 1-877-667-6123. To reserve a seat, phone the Rides Office by 3 p.m. Thursday, March 14.
