Boy Scout Troop 3 will have a fundraiser at Culver's, 1510 W. Fayette Avenue in Effingham Thursday, March 14 from 5-7 p.m. Culver's of Effingham will donate a percent of sales to the Boys Scouts. Tips are welcome.
