The Caregiver Advisor will be available for individual consulations at Helen Matthes Library Thursday, March 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. by appointment only. The library offers care providers an opportunity to meet with the Caregiver Advisor on a one-on-one basis to discuss caregiving concerns. The library is located at 100 Market Street in Effingham.
