Family Mental Health Support’s monthly Inspirational Group meets today, August 23rd from 1-2pm at their office located at: 202 N Banker, Effingham, IL 62401 (across from the Effingham Daily News office). The Inspirational Group is faith-based and open to all. The book, “The Four Agreements” will be discussed. Family Mental Health Support is a non-profit, grass roots organization comprised of local people who have experienced mental health issues within their own families. FMHS seeks to provide family support through meetings, educational resources, and personal experiences. |
