Grace Kelly, a 20-year-old jazz saxophonist, vocalist, songwriter, arranger and bandleader, will be this year's special guest artist at Eastern Illinois University's 54th Annual EIU Jazz Festival. She will be performing in concert with the EIU Jazz Ensemble at 7:30 p.m. Friday, February 8 in the Dvorak Concert Hall. She officially kicks off the jazz festival, which takes place Saturday, February 9. Over 450 junior high and senior high students will be participating at this year's event. Saturday's events get underway at 8 a.m. and culminate with an awards ceremony at 6 p.m.
