The Effingham Park District Craft Club will meet Wednesday, February 13 from 3:30-5 p.m. The project for the day will be polymer picture frames. Children kindergarten through 11 yeras old may be attend. Cost is $8. All participants must pre-register and make payment prior to class to reserve a slot.
