Watercolor Paint Class

Jan Von Bokel will instruct an adult watercolor paint class Monday, February 11 at the Effingham Park District from 6-8 p.m. Participants will paint four watercolor greeting cards. Cost is $20. All participants must pre-register and make payment prior to class to reserve a slot.
