Family Care Associates will be offering the Pfizer Covid 19 Vaccine during Effingham High Schools sports physical night 7/26 from 5:15-7:00 pm. The vaccine is being offered on a volunteer basis and it is not required for the sports physical.

This vaccine is recommended by the CDC for 12 years old and up and is a 2 shot series given 3 weeks apart.

Please bring your health insurance card. There will be no balance billing to the parent or patient.
