Community Calendar

Please join the Southeastern Illinois Chapter of The Compassionate Friends for a special candle lighting service to remember and celebrate the children we have lost to soon. Our local event will begin at 6:45 on Sunday December 8th at the St. Thomas Parish Center, 306 W. Jourdan St. in Newton.

The evening will consist of readings, special music, a DVD and the candle lighting. We will serve lite refreshments after the service. Feel free to bring a picture or other remembrance for each child.

Everyone in the AREA is welcome.
