The Illinois Old-Time Fiddlers Association presents the 48th Annual State Fiddle Contest Sunday, October 21 at the Thelma Keller Convention Center, 1202 N. Keller Drive, Effingham. The event begins at 1 p.m. General admission is $5 with children eight and under free. Contestants can register until Sunday, October 21 with registration fee $8.
