Reducing Sugar Program at Suzette Brumleve Memorial Effingham Public Library

 

New Year’s resolution to eat healthier and feel healthier? A Reducing Sugar with Heather Latta program will be held at the Suzette Brumleve Memorial Effingham Public Library on Tuesday, January 30th at 6:00 p.m. in the Workman Room. Join Heather Latta from The Wellness Loft as she talks about the physical and mental health effects of too much sugar in the diet, then discusses strategies to effectively reduce sugar intake.

Heather is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training in nutritional therapy. Nutritional therapy is a holistic therapeutic approach to helping individuals feel their best. The focus is on finding balance through a nutrient dense whole foods diet and healthy lifestyle. Nutritional therapy seeks to reduce stresses and improve both physical and mental wellbeing. Heather helps adults work toward optimal wellness through nourishment of body and mind. Why not let her help you?
