Second Hand Rose at Catholic Charities in Effingham will be closed Saturday March 18 through Monday, March 20 for cleaning. Donations will not be accepted on those days. Second Hand Rose will reopen onTuesday, March 21 with Spring and Summer clothing, accessories, and household items. Store hours areMonday –Friday10 am – 4 pm andSaturday9 am – 1 pm.
