The Silk Purse Thrift Store now located in the former Samuel Music Building at 908 W Fayette Ave. in Effingham will be holding our bi-annual bag sale on Saturday Feb 11thfrom 8 - 1. You may purchase a bag for $4.00 and fill it with anything in the store. Items for sale will include clothing, shoes, and accessories for the whole family, toys, linens, décor, books, and other misc. household items. The store will close at 1 pm that day.
Other dates to note: on Friday Feb 10th, the day before the sale, the entire store will be 50% off from 9 am til 7 pm. On Monday Feb 13th, the store will be closed for cleaning and restocking.
The Silk Purse was developed to supplement the income of the Family Life Pregnancy Care Center, a not-for-profit Organization, with 100% of net proceeds supporting their ministry.
