On Wednesday, October 12 at 6 p.m. the Effingham Public Library will be hosting a panel discussion and Q and A on the recycling issues facing Effingham.

The panel will look at what their organizations do to recycle, what opportunities and limits their organizations face in recycling, as well as what we can learn from other cities.
