Tiny Tos Fun Shop will meet on Mondays, February 4, 11, 18, and 25 from 9:00-10:00am at Effingham Park District. This class is for parents and their toddlers ages 1-2 years old; cost is $3.00. Open playtime and socialization is offered. Pre-registration is required, call 342-4415.
