Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Newton is hosting "Pine Tree Christmas with St. Nicholas" Saturday, December 8. Everyone is welcome to come anytime between 9 and 11 a.m. Preschool and elementary school age children are invited to participate in all the activities which include games, cookie walk, crafts, stories and more. St. Nicholas plans to attend and greet everyone. Parents, don't forget to bring your camera to take photographs with St. Nicholas. Children five years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Good Shepherd is located at 110 E. Edwards in Newton, next to the Health Department.
