The Effingham Park District is hosting a craft class on Monday, November 19 from 3:30-5:00. The craft that will be made is felt flowers to spruce up your barrettes and hair bands. Children 6 and older may attend; the cost is $5.00. Contact the park at 342-4415 to pre register.
