Effingham Catholic Charities and Second Hand Rose Resale Shoppe will be closed Friday, October 5 for a mandatory training session and Monday, October 8 for Columbus Day.

Second Hand Rose will be open Saturday, Oct. 6, regular hours 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
