International Women’s Day at the Suzette Brumleve Memorial Effingham Public Library

The Effingham Public Library will host a special event for International Women’s Day on Thursday, March 8 at 6 p.m.

Participants will discuss Crazy Salad by Nora Ephron, listen to parts of her interview with Studs Terkel from the Studs Terkel Archives Initiative and create a crazy salad to celebrate International Women’s Day.

Copies of the book will be available to check out from the library, though reading the book is not necessary as the discussion will be wide ranging.
