Some motions were decided, some remain in the case of Mark Fulk in Fayette County.

Fulk is charged with solicitation of murder for hire and is accused of attempting to hire someone sometime between February and April of 2013 to kill his wife.  He was arrested in April and has remained in custody in Fayette County Jail in Vandalia.

Motions from both prosecutors and the defense were considered Wednesday.  Another hearing to consider remaining motions was scheduled for February 7.

Fulk's trial is to begin February 24.
