A second local business has benefited from Effingham County's Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund.

Chase Cardboard Recycling received a loan of more than $21,000.  The business owner, Mark Anders, has pledged to create part-time jobs with the expectation of a fulltime position in the near future.

Anders was present at the Effingham County Office Building for the announcement of the loan, which will be repaid and then available for use by other businesses.
