A semi crash in Cumberland County early Monday morning resulted in one man going to the hospital.

The crash happened just after 3:30am on I-70, seven miles east of Greenup.  State police say a semi driven by 50-year-old Louis Pollen of Carrollton, Michigan ran off onto the shoulder of the interstate.  The vehicle continued along the shoulder for some distance before overturning onto the passenger side.

A passenger in the rig, 56-year-old Keith Charles of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, was injured and was taken to Terre Haute Union Hospital.  Pollen was not injured in the crash.

Pollen was cited for improper lane usage.
