St. Anthony High School has announced the inductees into the 2013 Academic and Athletic Hall of Fame.

Recipients are chosen from a pool of nominations received from parish, school, and community members over a five-month period and can be nominated as either alumni, faculty, or friends of St. Anthony.

This year’s Hall of Fame inductees include distinguished alumni Marlene Brumleve Pickett (’65) and James Hakman (’63); athletic inductee Mike Wente (’70); and friends of St. Anthony Charlie Platz and George Mette.

St. Anthony High School’s Academic and Athletic Hall of Fame began in 2008 and has had 43 individuals or teams inducted into the Hall of Fame since that time. The 2013 Hall of Fame inductees will be honored with a ceremony on Saturday, November 9 following 4:30 pm Mass at the St. Anthony Parish Center.  Appetizers and refreshments will be available.

All are welcome to attend.  Please contact the St. Anthony Parish Office at 347-7129 for more information or to RSVP.
