Three people were injured in a crash in Effingham just after 2pm Saturday.

The crash occurred at Fayette and 5th when a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Michael Woodward of Effingham pulled into the path of, and was struck by, a vehicle driven by 54-year-old Kevin Lock of Stewardson.

Woodward and Lock and a passenger in Lock's vehicle, 53-year-old Pamela Lock of Stewardson, all were injured, but all refused treatment.

Woodward was cited for failure to yield and no valid driver's license.
