Renters will soon have at least 90 days before they have to pack up and move if their home falls into foreclosure.  A new law requires those who buy foreclosed residential properties to honor existing leases or give tenants enough time to make a safe move.  Stats show about 40% of families that are impacted by foreclosure are renters who may not know their landlord failed to make mortgage payments.  The law takes effect in November.
