Neoga School Board for July

Neoga school board members acted on several items at their July meeting.

The Board appproved the school wide Title plans, and approved the fee schedule except for the pay for substitute teachers.  Board members also authorized Superintendent Charles Castle to collect bids on four district buses and authorized him to accept the bids of the high bidder meeting minimum bid requirements.

In personnel moves, the Neoga board accepted the resignation of Jim Sudkamp as a bus driver, accepted the resignation of Darin Hansen as a basketball coach, hired Scott Stremming as a boys junior high basketball assistant coach, hired Tyler Szatkowski as a boys junior high baseball assistant coach, hired Maureen Letizia as high school head volleyball coach, approved Andrea Morgan as head softball coach, approved the release of Maureen Letizia from high school track coach to junior high boys track coach, approved the release of Amy Brown from junior high Scholar Bowl coach to high school Scholar Bowl coach, approved Allison Glenney as junior high cheer coach, and directed Superintendent Castle to advertise and hire on a temporary basis any positions that become open from resignations for the coming school year.  The Board also approved the salaries for non-certified personnel for the coming year.
