Crash w/Injury in Effingham Monday

One person was injured in a car crash that occurred just before 2:30pm Monday.
City police say the crash happened at Fayette and 4th when a vehicle driven by 74-year-old Leonard Bushur of Effingham entered the intersection and collided with a vehicle driven by 67-year-old Ronnie White of Effingham.
White was injured, but refused treatment. Bushur was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.
