The final meeting in June each year is the Changeover Meeting for Rotary Clubs worldwide.  The Effingham Noon Rotary Club is no exception.

Noon Rotarians said thanks to departing president Rosemary Gibbons and hello to new president Kerry Hirtzel.  New board members Jeff Althoff, Lois Hoene and Ron Kinder were also sworn in for three-year terms.  Hoene was also noted as the club's President-Elect.
