Dieterich Moving Ahead on 2023 4th of July Celebration

Plans are moving forward for the 2023 4th of July celebration in Dieterich.

Dieterich Village Board members this week approved a resolution for the celebration, and approved a temporary liquor license for a beer garden in the village park on July 3-4. A resolution was also approved for the 4th of July Parade in Dieterich, which will step off at 11am that day.

There will again by a 5K race at 7:30am on the 4th, and area native Dakota Danielle will perform the evening of the 4th. A Litlle King and Queen will again be crowned at 7pm on the 4th.

Also this week, the Village board decided to rent a street sweeper for use in Dieterich, quotes are being sought for tree trimming in Liberty Park, and for cemetery runners. The Board also approved a street oiling list, and approved a certificate of restrictions and covenants to be used in Dieterich Industrial Park East.
