EHS Holds 2023 Commencement Sunday

Members of the Effingham High School Class of 2023 graduated Sunday afternoon.

Speakers included Senior Class President Trygve Bloom and co-valedictorians Rogelio Arellano, Abigail Cunningham, Thad Dillow, Andrew Donaldson, Anna Hirtzel, Jolin Jiang, Marah Kirk, Allison Miller, Khushi Patel, Ashley Roedl, Lydia Warner, Lillian Waymoth and Evan Zhao. 

Josh McDevitt gave a welcome from the class and Kaci Jackson oversaw the change of tassels. 

The Class Motto for the Class of 2023 was "Seize the Day and Make it Yours".
