Rep. Niemerg Receives Farm Bureau ACTIVATOR Award

The Illinois Farm Bureau has recognized local St. Rep. Adam Niemerg of Dieterich's support for agriculture by presenting him with the 2022 ACTIVATOR Award.

ACTIVATOR is a grassroots member-driven outlet comprised of two separate Political Involvement Funds created in 1984 to implement political activities on the state and federal levels. Through ACTIVATOR, members have the ability to build relationships with elected officials. Farm Bureau said this is crucial to safeguarding agricultural interests in Illinois with these goals of encouraging good government; heading off burdensome legislation; increasing personal involvement in the political process; responding to farmers' positions and the changing political climate; building meaningful relationships with elected officials and candidates.

Niemerg is running for re-election in the newly-drawn 102nd District.
