Cross Foundation Planning Flagpole for The Cross at the Crossroads Grounds

The Cross Foundation has announced plans for a large flagpole to complement the Cross at the Crossroads grounds.

The Cross Foundation will be erecting a flagpole in front of the Cross Welcome Center. It will be located between the visitor's center and the interstate. The Cross will serve as the backdrop to the 50-foot pole and the large (10-foot-by-15-foot) flag.

Foundation members are offering a thank you to Effingham American Legion Post #120. The Legion has agreed to become the "guardians of the flag" as they will provide new flags as needed for the pole throughout the year.
