Trump Endorses Bailey

Former US President Donald Trump has endorsed Darren Bailey for the Republican nomination for Illinois governor.

The endorsement came at a rally in Adams County on Saturday. Trump also spoke on behalf of Congresswoman Mary Miller, whom he had earlier endorsed for re-election.

Trump also spoke in regard to the US Supreme Court's decision striking down Roe v. Wade, calling it "a victory for the Constitution, a victory for the rule of law, and above all, a victory for life."

Bailey is wrapping up a statewide fly around on this final day before the election with stops in Mt. Vernon, Danville, Springfield, Milan, Rockford and Des Plaines.
