Brownstown School Board Passes 21-22 Budget

Brownstown school board members Monday passed their budget for the coming fiscal year. 

Board members also hired Sam Plum as an elementary teacher for the balance of the school year, and hired Hannah River as the high school scholar bowl coach for the school year.

Brownstown board members continued participation in the Mid-West Truckers Association Drug and Alcohol Consortium; approved an intergovernment joint agreement between OKAW Vocational and the LEA; accepted the resignation of Julie Johnson-Mayer as an elementary teacher; and approved a memorandum of understanding with the Brownstown Education Association and the Brownstown Education Support Personnel Association regarding COVID-19 testing.
