Attorney General Lisa Madigan is shoring up her campaign account. She hasn't made an official announcement as to whether she'll challenge Governor Quinn for the state's top job, but her bank account sure looks like she's gearing up for a run.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Madigan has raised more than 750-thousand dollars this year, putting her account at about three-point-six million.

That's about two-million dollars more than what Quinn has in his account. Campaign finance experts say money will likely play a major part in next year's election.
