A vehicle struck an Effingham business over the weekend.

The incident occurred just after midnight Saturday morning when a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Jeremy Loy of Effingham struck and damaged a building owned by Will Paint and Storage of Effingham.

No injuries were reported.  City police cited Loy for theft, criminal damage to property, driving while his license is revoked, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to notify authorities after a crash.
