Reverend Dr. Gregory Seltz, Executive Director of the Lutheran Center for Religious Liberty, will discuss his work in Washington, DC at the annual meeting of the Lutheran Layman's League at St. John's Lutheran Church in Effingham.

Dr. Seltz's presentation will explain the Two Kingdom world in which we live and how Christians must be active in advocating laws and regulations that the rights of religious liberty that he says are guaranteed by the US Constitution.
