Stew-Stras Board Sets Graduation Date

Stewardson-Strasburg school board members have established graduation dates for Sunday, May 16; the junior high promotion for 1:30pm and the high school graduation for 3pm. 

The Board approved a three-year lease/purchase agreement on a 2019 model bus for just over $77,000. There also was discussion of when to start and end the next school year, with a possible teacher institute on Wednesday, August 18 and the first day of student attendance on Thursday, August 19, and the last attendance day on Thursday, May 19, 2022 with an institute day on Friday, May 20, 2022.

The Board decided to address fees for the 2021-2022 school year at their March meeting, and approved Brock Vonderheide as volunteer 5th/6th grade basketball coach.
