Brownstown school board members Monday voted to terminate the Family Choice Remote Learning Option for the remainder of the school year. Learning will all be in-house.

The Board agreed that the Brownstown district would be the administrative agent for the Fayette County Early Childhood Block grant for the coming school year; approved the alternative education programs agreement; approved the coming school year calendar; and approved a crop insurance quote from St. Peter Insurance.

Board members voted to waive all athletic fees for the current school year; employed Sam Plum as a high school track coach; and discussed budget projections for the coming two fiscal years.
