SUMMER READING PROGRAM KICKOFF EVENT
Helen Matthes Library's "Reading is So Delicious" Summer Reading Program Kickoff Event will be today from 5-8:15 p.m. at the library. Activities were originally scheduled for the courthouse lawn but due to the weather, have been moved to the library. Activities for the whole family are planned as well as an opportunity to register for the free six week reading program.
From the communty, Samuel Music will give you a taste of how kids can get movin' and groovin' with music from 6-7 p.m. and Martin's Grill will have food available for purchase from 5-7 p.m. Then you can enjoy the movie, "Puss In Boots".
