Two More Effingham County Residents Dead from COVID-19; 112 New Cases Thursday and Friday

Effingham County's Health Department reported 112 new cases of COVID-19 for Thursday and Friday, along with two additional deaths.

The COVID-related deaths of a man in his 80s and a woman in her 90s are under investigation.

The 7-day test rolling positivity rate for Region 6 was 12.2% through November 24, with Effingham County sitting at 18.9% for the same period.
